Who is Christian Bau?
Born in Offenburg, Christian Bau discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 14. Fascinated by the unleashed passion, he completes his cooking apprenticeship in Achern as the best apprentice of his year in Baden-Württemberg.
After gaining valuable experience at the Talmühle in Sasbachwalden and Le Canard in Offenburg, he finally finds his place at the Schwarzwaldstube in Baiersbronn. Here, as sous chef, he learns the core essences of the culinary art, the facets of which are still reflected in his craft today.
Since April 1998, Christian Bau has been delighting guests with his sensual creations as head chef at Victor's Fine Dining by christian bau, tastefully staging the inspiring diversity of his culinary destinations full of passion.
