Christian Bau -
The first chef with the Federal Cross of Merit
The award of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany
Shortly after Christian Bau begins his culinary craft as chef and host at the gourmet restaurant "Victor's Fine Dining by christian bau," he receives his first MICHELIN star after just seven months. The second star follows just one year later, until his third star completes the trio in 2005. Since then, Christian Bau and his team have been confidently defending the popular MICHELIN stars thanks to passion and discipline.
After the valuable MICHELIN stars have been earned within seven years, another award takes place in October 2018, which testifies to special appreciation. Christian Bau receives the Federal Cross of Merit in honor of his culinary skills. He is thus the first chef in Germany to receive the Federal Cross of Merit in recognition of his culinary craft.
